What is the
location rental pricing?
Rental fees are based
on days of the week. The range is $500 - $3,000. The rental fee
is for use of the space only: the chapel, reception hall,
private courtyard and parking. A one hour rehearsal in the
chapel the day before your wedding is also included.
Do you have
preferred vendors?
Yes, when you secure
your date you’ll receive our preferred vendor list.
Included are caterers, rental companies, wedding planners / day
of coordinators,
photographers, musicians, etc.
Am I required to
use your preferred vendors?
No, you may choose any
vendor you like for your event. (Certain restrictions apply and
the terms are included in your contract). EX: Caterers and
bartenders must have liability insurance and furnish proof the
insurance one month prior to your event.
What if I want to
rent only the chapel or only the reception hall? Is the rental
fee
different?
Yes, you may rent the
chapel only or the reception hall only. The location rental fee
is half of the normal fee.
Are tables and
chairs included in the rental fee?
No, these are up to
you to rent.
Is alcohol allowed
to be served during my reception?
Yes, as long as it’s
served by a licensed bartender who is able to furnish us
with
their proof of liability insurance one month prior to your
event.
What is the
deposit to secure my date?
A 25% deposit of your
rental fee is needed, along with a signed contract, to secure
your date. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your
event.
What forms of
payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and
checks are accepted as payment.
May I secure my
date over the phone or via email?
Yes, we are happy to
email you the rental contract and you may send a check or call
us with a Visa or MasterCard number for payment.
