You are obligated to use our caterers, as they have furnished us with proof of liability insurance, workers' compensation, and host liquor liability insurance. They give us extremely good pricing due to our volume of Charleston weddings.
On packaged weddings, you may substitute your own officiant, but it will not change the package price, as we have to staff the wedding regardless.
Food per person may be figured separately for your wedding by a per person rate, depending on menu selected. Total guest count is due one week prior to your Charleston wedding.
Figure alcoholic beverages (open bar) at $3.50 per person for the first three hours of the reception, then $2.50 per person for each additional hour until closing. Includes all sales taxes and labor, glassware, bar-naps, garnish, swizzles. Tips to bartenders are optional or the host may request "No Tip Jar" and settle the gratuity for the bartenders separately.
There will be a 15 percent change order charge to change a wedding item after it has been booked with the vendor (such as changing roses to orchids).
There is a $250 surcharge to substitute one of our vendors (excluding caterer) for a vendor you prefer.
Our pricing includes South Carolina state sales tax. Tips and gratuities to wait staff, bartenders and officiants are optional.
